Ass Savers MFM-1 Mudder Mini - Squid
Description
The MUDDER Mini fits all gravel/Cx forks with a tire width of 32 mm to 55 mm. It will not work on a road bike fork with tight clearance or for fatbikes. The correct position is about 10 mm above the tire. Alignment with the tire and not the fork crown increases efficiency and is made possible by our custom Velcro straps. Make sure that the mudguard does not touch your down tube when turning the handlebars.
This mudguard is specifically designed to prevent dirt from being thrown forward and affecting your visibility at high speeds and the well-being of your lower headset bearings. It will not protect you from general splash water coming off your front wheel or your feet and lower legs.The specially designed straps provide enough friction to prevent the mudguard from sliding down a tapered fork leg. However, it must be tightened firmly to ensure it stays up. The open design of the strap allows you to adjust the length and thereby center the position of the ASS SAVERS logo on the fork leg. You can also reverse the strap if you prefer not to see a logo.
The secret to turning a flat piece of plastic into a working product lies in the pre-folding before use. All creasing lines have been carefully worked out to achieve locking mechanisms, self-centering, spring loading and material resistance.
