Description
You’re probably just as speechless as we were when you saw the new Cordoba from Aventon. Aventon took their beloved Cordoba frameset and revamped it with new features and technologies. Now it offers you a tapered head tube and fork for improved stiffness and control while you’re tearing it up on the road or track.
Additionally, it now features a hydroformed seat tube that widens towards the bottom bracket to ensure maximum stiffness and power transfer when you’re pedaling – without wasting any watts!
The frame is made from a 6061 aluminum alloy and features butter-smooth, smooth welded seams as you’ve come to expect from the Cordoba.
You can ride the Cordoba fixed gear or freewheel. To this end, Aventon has redesigned the dropout to give you a wider range of horizontal adjustment for your rear wheel. You can use this extra range to adjust the wheelbase to your preference or switch between a wider range of gear ratios without having to change the chain length. Aventon’s new flagship comes right out of the box with a flip-flop hub, so it’s up to you whether you want to ride fixed or freewheel without having to buy any new additional parts.
When it comes to components, Aventon uses parts from their proven Push group, including handlebars, seat post, crankset, saddle, and wheels.
