The Pro Ribbon tape was inspired by the traditional fabric handlebar tapes used on racing bikes in the 70s. They are manufactured using modern weaving technology - made from polyester and 1.8 mm thick - and offer excellent grip in all weather and conditions.

"Coole Optik, beim Wickeln aber aufpassen!"
Das Band sieht richtig gut aus. Beim Wickeln aber aufpassen. Das Material lässt sich nicht so gut stretchen wie andere, da es ein Textilgewebe ist. Zudem ist das Band nicht sehr lang.
Beides führt dazu, dass eine italienische Acht nicht leicht zu wickeln ist. Für die Acht braucht man genügend Band, dass man flexibel um die STIs wickeln kann. Am Oberlenker (der allerdings auch noch eine breitere Handauflage hatte) war dann das Band etwas zu kurz für meinen Geschmack.
