Bombtrack Tension - matt melon yellow
Description
Our "basic" bike is anything but that. We used everything we learned from the race bike of our elite racer Gosse van der Meer. The Tension features a lightweight aluminum frame and full carbon fork with mud-friendly Sram Rival 1x gearing and 160 mm hydraulic brakes. We fitted race-ready 32mm XCX Vee tires on the 650b sizes XS - S and 33mm Schwalbe X-one Allround tires on the M-XL models. The frame has rack and mudguard mounts, and the cassette is a little more useful with wider gears if you want to use it for bikepacking tours or daily commuting. Nobody says you have to race all the time - just at the weekend, right?
