Description
The ideal road bike handlebar tape must be able to do many things: It reduces discomfort, feels good, provides a secure grip, and the riding feel still remains crisp and direct. With a thickness of 2 mm and a fine, linear surface texture, the Ergon BT Road offers all road cyclists exactly this all-in-one solution. Pressure on the hands is reduced, vibrations and shocks are dampened and riding enjoyment and performance are noticeably increased. The bar tape can be wrapped thinner or thicker according to individual requirements, with more or less grip - a wrapping aid is included.
Reduces typical discomfort when riding a road bike
A low, stretched seating position, a saddle that is too high, relatively hard cockpits, high punctual pressure on the sensitive nerves of the hand and wrist - this often leads to problems when riding a road bike. Ergon handlebar straps reduce hand discomfort and nerve irritation. The water-repellent anti-slip surface (Anti-Slip Comfort Top), the lightweight foam (AirCell Foam) and the adhesive tape on the underside result in an outstanding, secure grip, optimum resilience and optimum pressure distribution with low weight.
