Description
The BIKE TRAVEL BAG PRO is Evoc's high-tech solution for safe and easy bike transport. With its MOLDE BOTTOM CASE as a base with an extra-wide MONOCOQUE chassis with smooth-running skate wheels and continuous ALUMINIUM SLIDE RAILS, it offers maximum protection and comfort on all bike trips.
MAXIMUM PROTECTION AT MINIMUM WEIGHT
The sensitive areas are optimally protected by sensible reinforcing elements (hard plastic/PE plates and tubes, foam padding) at the neuralgic points. By placing the frame upright in the bag, the load-bearing areas on the bike are actively used to dissipate external pressure (saddle, seat tube, rear triangle, stem, head tube, fork). Wheel bags and the main weight of the frame are located in the rear part of the bag, so that the entire centre of gravity is shifted to the wide, tilt-resistant chassis during transport. The BIKE TRAVEL BAG is thus very easy to pull and a large number of sensibly placed handles make it easier to handle when loading. The dimensions of the Bike Travel Bag are such that almost any bike model can be packed easily and safely - no matter whether it's a large downhill bike with a double-bridge fork, a 29er bike or a filigree triathlon machine.
Technology:
Reinforced fork mount
The fork is additionally fixed to a hard foam block with 2 buckles and a padding; while a specially reinforced plastic plate protects the fork ends. This creates a double protection.
2 separate, side wheel pockets
External pressure is dissipated via tubular bracing to both tires and rims and evenly across the entire side surface of the bag, preventing even brake rotors from bending. Multiple plastic plates on both sides prevent wheel axles from being pushed through.
Extra-wide chassis with additional carrying handle
An impact-resistant chassis with smooth-running, soft skate wheels ensures safe transport and prevents tipping over. The additional carrying handle allows for safe lifting when loading.
