The R5 is a quickly adjustable road cycling shoe for every rider and every ride. Overcurve is a shoe construction with a staggered collar that wraps around the ankle, tracing the natural misalignment of the ankle's two bony prominences: the lateral and medial malleoli. The result is an asymmetrical shape where the shoe throat curves over the foot from the outside in. The closure is quick and secure, driven by a micro-adjustable BOA IP1 twist lock and Velcro strap for a fine forefoot fit. The R5 nylon composite outsole is also supple and comfortable over the long haul without compromising pedaling efficiency.
