Description
We designed the Tyrant™ MIPS® to meet the demands of today's trail riders. It's just as at home on woodsy singletrack as it is on dirt jumps. Its style is understated, but there are plenty of performance features under the hood. These include Wind Tunnel™ ventilation and MIPS® Spherical technology. This uses foam layers that work like a ball and a socket to transfer impact energy during a fall. One layer is EPS, which is especially suited for high-speed crashes, and the other is lower density EPP foam to absorb the characteristics of slower falls. The additional coverage of this full-cut design enhances the protective properties, while the design is aimed at riders who put style above all else.
