Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Alu-Rahmen mit Alu-Ausfallenden, in denen sich die Achsmuttern mit der Zeit "hineinarbeiten" würden. Die Auflagefläche wird vergrößert und die Achsmuttern halten bombenfest, ohne dass man sie zu stark anziehen muss.
