Headlock systems are ideal for replacing the star nut system in threadless headsets.
They not only prevent them from slipping, but also provide additional security in the event of steerer tube failure.
We have developed a simple solution to the question of which headlock system in which length you should buy by including three Cr-Mo bolts of different lengths so that you can fit exactly the bolts you need!
Supplied as a set with aluminum top cap and bottom nut, suitable for 1 1/8 inch.
Properties:
- Laser-etched alloy top cap.
- Light alloy lower nut.
- 3 lengths of chromo screws.
- Forkshaft outer diameter: 1 1/8 inch
- Short bar 210 mm - Suitable for steerer lengths from 189-220 mm.
- Middle bar 235 mm - Suitable for steerer lengths 215-246 mm.
- Long bar 275 mm - Suitable for steerer lengths 265-296 mm
