iXS XULT Enduro/DH Helmet - Green
Description
IXS have, in collaboration with Cedric Gracia, set the goal of developing a full-face helmet that inspires both enduro, as well as downhill pilots all along the line. Its integrated VORTEX ventilation channels guarantee constant ventilation and thus cooling of the head. The FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) shell used increases durability while reducing weight. This technology also allows the overall volume to be minimized, reducing the risk of brain injury from rotational forces acting on the head. Xmatter inserts at key absorption zones improve impact absorption and reduce torsional forces.
The ergonomic padding system delivers high comfort without reducing airflow. Antibacterial Coolmax wicks moisture away from the skin to ensure long-lasting comfort and performance. Ergonomically shaped cheek pads ensure a perfect fit and the EPR (Emergency Padding Release) system integrated into the pads allows for quick removal of the cheek pads in the event of a rescue.
