Description
Lovers of a minimal, harmonious look no longer have to compromise: LightSKIN is a seat post and bicycle rear light in one - and the new model is approved in Germany without restrictions according to the StVZO.
.We have revised the proven seatpost together with LightSKIN: The battery is now installed inside and rechargeable via micro USB. A dismantling of the support is not necessary, because the micro USB access is located on the saddle clamp, a charging cable is included.
.The LightSKIN seat post has five bright LED lights that provide glare-free visibility from any angle. The lower two LED diodes can be sunk into the seat tube if necessary (depending on frame and body size) and switched off to save energy. With a lighting duration of 10 (5 diodes) to 15 hours (3 diodes), many trips at night are possible.
.Weatherproof, theft-proof and functional - a compact, safe tail light in a minimal, beautiful design.

Available sizes and colors
.The new StVZO-compliant LightSKIN is available in black, white or silver, each in diameter 25.4 mm, 27.2 mm and 31.6 mm. The length is 350 mm. In the diameter 31.6 mm is also the Bullitt version in 400 mm available.
.For the models Siegfried, Viktor, Hektor, Ludwig and Lotte you need a size diameter of 27.2 mm, for the ThinBike 31.6 mm.
.For intermediate sizes, you can buy reducer or extension sleeves at bike shops.
Weight restriction
.Please note the following weight restrictions:
- 25.4 mm: 90 kg (min. seat tube angle: 72°)
- 27.2 mm: 90 kg (min. seat tube angle: 72°)
- 31.6 mm: 110 kg (min. seat tube angle: 72°)
Application
The support is approved for Bike Category 2 according to ASTM F2043-13, the international bicycle classification standard.
Installation height
The seat post must protrude far enough from the frame so that at least the top three LEDs are visible - note "max" marking. Thus, a minimum height of 10.5 cm is given
