EXO+ Protection
Tires with EXO+ Protection are built for aggressive trail riding and enduro racing, and especially designed for the higher torque and weight of E-MTBs as well. First up are wide versions of the popular Minion DHF, Minion DHr II and Rekon with EXO+ casings.
Maxxis' EXO+ construction combines, two of the best puncture protection materials: SlikShield and EXO Protection.
The SilkShield layer surrounds the entire tire from bead to bead, while the EXO layer is mounted on the sidewalls.
