Description
With its completely new tread design, the Minion DHR II is the ideal tire for aggressive gravity riding. With the side lugs of the legendary DHF, which have been slightly widened for even better cornering grip, it has extreme cornering grip. The center lugs have beveled lugs for better acceleration. Notches on the lugs improve transition when turning into corners. Part of the center lugs have a paddle shape, they dig in under hard braking and help keep the bike under control.
The well-known 3C Downhill compound that many of the best downhillers have trusted for years is now called 3C MaxxGrip. 3C MaxxGrip provides the ultimate grip and cushioning for unparalleled traction on downhills.
EXO Protection: This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very tightly woven, lightweight and very flexible. This keeps the performance of the tires unchanged convincingly good.
