We always make sure to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. If that saves delivery time, we will send your order in separate parcels, of course without additional shipping fees. We always keep shipping fees as low as possible – if you buy a bike, any additional items will be delivered free of charge.

Of course, you can also pay in advance or cash on delivery. Refunds after returns are usually based on the payment method used at the time of the purchase.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within this period free of shipping fees (only in Germany). Please note that all items have to be unused, and the original package and labels must be returned along with it.
