The tread of the Scorpion™ XC S consists of deeper and widely spaced lugs that ensure excellent penetration into the ground and increased chemical and mechanical grip. The depth and stiffness of the lugs promotes penetration into the ground and the mechanical grip ensures excellent response and feel for traction and braking, as well as excellent support during cornering. The specific spacing of the lugs of the Scorpion™ XC S helps the tire get rid of the mud.
COMPOUND
SmartGRIP Compound is an advanced compound developed based on motorsport experience. The single compound solution provides consistently high grip performance on both wet and dry surfaces, even when the lugs begin to wear.
PROWALL
Our protective sidewall reinforcement technology for improved puncture protection and handling at low pressure. An additional layer of nylon fabric over the sidewalls of the carcass for added protection and improved cornering stability.
