Description
The Bumper Bar is a unique accessory that serves multiple functions; it acts as a mounting point for lights and also acts as a spacer for our range of handlebar bags by pushing them up and away from the front wheel. This is ideal for smaller bikes with low stack height or when the distance between handlebar and tire is limited.
Made from high-strength steel with a durable powder-coated finish, the Bumper Bar includes a front grille and 30mm slots at the top and bottom that work seamlessly with the attachment straps of our handlebar bags. Also included are 5mm holes at the top and bottom for additional mounting options.The front is curved to allow mounting of most lights, with the position in front of the head tube ideal for forward visibility.
The bumper bar acts as a 3 mm headset spacer and is suitable for all 1-1/8" or 1-1/4" head tubes.
Recommended maximum load:
2.5 kg resting on the bumper bar, with support strap around the head tube. 0.5 kg attached directly to the bumper bar.
