The Barspin Top Cap allows you to rotate the handlebars, a full 360 degrees without the front brake line twisting.
The front brake line is routed through the headset to prevent the brake line from twisting when you turn the handlebars.
The set includes a banjo bolt including head tube claw and a laser engraved "Born to Ride" aluminum top cap.
