Description
The long-awaited universal version of the ''Travel and SAG Indicator'' is now available.
Whether steel spring damper with, without or with round or square reservoir. Due to the new mounting method with two spring plates, the expansion tank no longer plays a role.
The new design ensures that the indicator is closer to the spring and can therefore be attached even to the steel spring shock hidden in the frame.
In addition, the new installation method offers an easier adjustment of the alignment of the telescopic scale and sleeve, which is achieved by the attachment with now two spring plates. This means that nothing stands in the way of long-term use.
The indicator can now be used for a long time.
The indicator is attached to the side and by means of a scale you can easily read how much spring travel was needed while driving.
Ideal for suspension ''setup'', to determine the correct spring stiffness, sag and preload.
It's a tuning tool to find out if the spring rate fits and how the compression / damping is set.

"gutes Konzept"
Im gesamten finde ich die Konstruktion aber ziemlich hilfreich zur Bestimmung des SAG und um verschiedene Federhärten zu testen.
Könnte natürlich etwas günstiger sein, habe das Ding aber jetzt seit knapp 2 Wochen feste und dauerhaft am Dämpfer montiert - funktioniert einwandfrei. Absolut hilfreich und empfehlenswert.
