Following the legacy of the Saris direct drive smart trainer, the H3 offers the same reliability and durability as its predecessors. Inside are components that have been carefully calibrated to measure power, speed, and cadence, as well as a precision-balanced flywheel that is all rated for 2000 watts and has a 20% climbing capacity. The H3's internal cooling system has been tested to withstand heavy training, and ensures that the electromagnetic resistance system will work - and accurately - long after your legs have been exposed.
