Description
The Big Apple is a kind of perennial favorite of the Schwalbe tire fleet. With the Big Apple, the trend towards the Balloonbike began over ten years ago: comfortable cycling without any complex technology! The air cushion of the tires is used as natural suspension. With approx. 2 bar a Balloonbike rolls wonderfully light and with full suspension effect. A normal tire with a width of 37 mm has to be inflated hard as nails with 4 bar to roll similarly well.
K-Guard is a protective insert reinforced with Kevlar® fibers.
