The SHIMANO STEPS FC-EM900 was developed for the rigors of mountain biking and is a special E-MTB crank with HOLLOWTECH II crankarms that match the appearance of the FC-MT900. It is available with 160 mm, 165 mm, 170 mm and 175 mm crank arm lengths.

- Seamless integration thanks to cranks specially developed for E-MTB
- Maximum power transmission while minimizing weight thanks to stiff and lightweight, hollow-forged crank arms
- 24 mm bottom bracket axle
