Shimano Deore XT SM-RT86 brake disc Ice-Tech - 6-hole
Description
The DEORE XT Ice-Tech brake discs (160, 180 and 203 mm) feature a three-layer sandwich structure, with an aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel.
The improved heat dissipation of the aluminum helps to reduce the surface temperature of the brake disc by around 100 degrees. Optionally available Ice-Tech brake pads with aluminum cooling fins can also reduce the temperature by a further approximately 50 degrees. The result is high deceleration performance with virtually no fading tendency.
