The compact and durable companion on bike tours has the eight most important functions at the ready. In addition to the current speed the wired BC 8.0 WR also informs about the average speed and total riding time. With the large button you switch effortlessly between time, riding time, total and daily kilometers.
Whether cyclists go on a weekend bike ride with the family or commute to work by bike: The BC 8.0 WR has eight functions at the ready: trip kilometer, speed, total kilometers, riding time, time, total riding time, average speed and the average speed comparison.
A special feature of the BC 8.0 WR is the permanent comparison between the current and average speed. This is represented by an arrowhead: An arrow up means that the cyclist is going faster than average. An arrow down indicates that he is traveling slower than usual. If the average speed is reached , there is no more indication.
The direct cable connection of the speedometer to the transmitter ensures a smooth speed measurement and makes the use of a battery for radio transmission unnecessary. The wired reed sensor can be easily mounted on the bike with its slim, narrow design.
The BC 8.0 WR has with its display of 31 x 39 mm the right size to provide cyclists with a perfect overview of their data. The large digits are also easy to read while riding. The bike computer is an eye-catcher, whether on the trekking bike, on the city bike or even on the children's bike.
Weatherproof with long battery life
The BC 8.0 WR is waterproof and weather resistant and therefore ready for use at any time. Cyclists also do not have to worry about the battery life of the wired speedometer. The integrated replaceable button battery (CR 2032) is sufficient to supply the BC 8.0 WR well over two years with energy.
The BC 8.0 WR measures travel time and distance even on longer bike tours. Thus, the entire distance of a multi-day cycling vacation can be read comfortably.
The handlebar mount for the BC 8.0 WR is mounted on the bike with the included cable ties. The setting as well as the operation of the BC 8.0 WR succeed very easily - one button is quite sufficient for this. A safe scrolling through the functions is possible at any time without any problems.
The BC 8.0 WR is a little language genius. In the full text display can be selected between seven languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Polish.
Thanks to the predefined tire sizes, the adjustment of the BC 8.0 WR succeeds effortlessly - from small children's bikes to 29'' bikes. However, it is also possible to enter the tire circumference to the millimeter.
