Bead Bite Technology
The Bead Bite technology is from the company Spank a patented technology that, the performance of tubeless rims enormously improved. Simply put, the Bead Bite technology is a series of 6 ridges that run parallel to the sidewall of the rim. These ridges act in a tubeless tire like a kind of air seal, when the tire bead over there, thereby reducing the risk that the air between the tire and rim can escape. Especially when used with a low tire pressure or higher load can thereby be prevented a puncture on a longer trip.
