Description

 

XCO-proven technology for fast, dry gravel

The Mezcal is XCO-proven and suitable for gravel and cross. It provides grip and speed on hard surfaces for drop-bar riding. The center tread lights up on fast, straight sections and the shoulders grip as you lean through corners. On more challenging sections, the continuous siping causes the tread to deform over larger gravel, root and asphalt sections. Instead of slipping or spinning out, the Mezcal's contact points are multiplied and it engages to propel you forward.

120 TPI nylon casing
The highest thread count in our gravel range, which means it's our smoothest and lightest gravel casing. The durable nylon threads withstand the rigors of mixed terrain cycling, and the relatively high thread count reduces rolling resistance and retains the feel of gravel while dampening chatter. 

Graphene 1C- Compound
Rubber enriched with Graphene to minimize rolling resistance and prevent punctures. Graphene effectively fills the gaps between rubber molecules, creating a reinforced structure that is lighter, more efficient and also more durable. 

XC-Trail TLR- reinforced 120- TPI casing
The XC-Race TLR is a reinforced racing casing and combines a durable, supple 120 TPI nylon construction with additional protection on the sidewalls. Responsiveness, damped chatter and smooth trail feel with a little extra puncture protection - when XC gets dicey, the XC-Trail TLR goes off.
